About the Role
Provides guidance, resources, hands-on assistance to members of the community who are seeking suitable housing options. Position requires each individual to work with their assigned clients to schedule their weekly meetings and other work as needed/necessary. This position also includes limited remote work that is perfect for anyone who's interested in a flexible position and is comfortable scheduling their weekly hours to ensure client's needs are met and progress is continuous.
Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
18 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license (Preferred).
Ability to work in the community as needed.
Ability to problem solve and persevere in challenging circumstances.
Communication skills (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company.
Email communications, progress notes, etc.
